Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SafetyCCW ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the safetyccw.com website and our concealed carry weapon training services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Additionally, to obtain a concealed carry permit, you must meet all eligibility requirements established by your state, which typically include being at least 21 years old (18 in some states), being a U.S. citizen or legal resident, and having no disqualifying criminal convictions or mental health adjudications.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Services Description
SafetyCCW provides online concealed carry weapon training courses designed to meet state-approved curriculum requirements. Our Services include video instruction, knowledge assessments, live fire training coordination (in certain packages), and issuance of certificates of completion. We do not issue concealed carry permits; permits are issued by state authorities after you submit your application along with our certificate and other required documentation.
We make no guarantee that completion of our training will result in the issuance of a concealed carry permit. Permit approval is at the sole discretion of state authorities and depends on your meeting all state-specific eligibility requirements.
Fees and Payment
Certain aspects of our Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policy. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase. We use third-party payment processors to process payments, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
Our fees cover only the training services we provide. State permit application fees, fingerprinting costs, range fees (unless otherwise specified), and any other government-imposed fees are separate and are your responsibility to pay directly to the appropriate authorities or service providers.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our training program. To request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Please note that state application fees, fingerprinting costs, and other third-party fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to those entities and not to SafetyCCW.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in or made available through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, software, and course materials, is the property of SafetyCCW or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

- Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
- Use the Services to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity

Educational Service
Our Services are educational in nature and are designed to provide training on firearms safety, legal responsibilities, and concealed carry regulations. We are not a government agency and do not issue concealed carry permits. Completion of our training does not guarantee that you will be approved for a concealed carry permit.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFETYCCW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SafetyCCW and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any harm caused by your actions or omissions related to firearms ownership, possession, or use.
State-Specific Requirements
Concealed carry laws and training requirements vary significantly by state. While our training is designed to meet state-approved curriculum standards in the states where we operate, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your state and any state where you intend to carry concealed.
Some states may have additional requirements beyond our training, such as in-person components, live fire demonstrations, or specific documentation. It is your responsibility to verify that our training meets your state's requirements before enrolling.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our principal office is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
