Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 6, 2026

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the safetyccw.com website and its educational resources (collectively, the "Services"). SafetyCCW is an independent information and partner-referral platform operated by Intelligent Digital Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. Training providers and state or local agencies set their own age, eligibility, documentation, and other requirements. SafetyCCW does not determine whether you qualify for any course, permit, license, or application process.

User Accounts

SafetyCCW does not currently require an account to access its public educational resources. If you follow a partner link, the third-party provider may require an account or other information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Services Description

SafetyCCW provides independent educational content, state-guide research, and links to third-party training and application-support options. We do not provide firearms training, issue certificates, accept or process permit applications, determine eligibility, or issue permits. A partner link may take you to an independent provider whose services, availability, pricing, documentation, and requirements are governed by that provider.

We make no guarantee regarding partner availability, course acceptance, eligibility, permit issuance, or any outcome. Licensing and permit decisions are made by the applicable government authority under its own rules.

Fees and Payment

SafetyCCW does not sell courses or process payments for third-party training providers. If you choose to purchase a third-party service after following a partner link, the provider will disclose its pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, and refund policy directly to you.

Government fees, provider fees, range fees, fingerprinting fees, or other costs may apply independently. You are responsible for reviewing those costs with the relevant provider or authority before you act.

Refund Policy

SafetyCCW does not take payment for third-party training or application-support services and therefore does not administer refunds for those services. Direct refund, cancellation, and dispute requests to the provider that processed your transaction.

Any provider, government, range, fingerprinting, or other third-party fee is subject to that party's stated policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in or made available through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, software, and course materials, is the property of SafetyCCW or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks
  • Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Services
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
  • Use the Services to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity

Disclaimers and Limitations

Educational Service

The Services are educational and informational. We are not a government agency, training provider, legal service, or licensing authority. SafetyCCW does not issue permits or certificates, and does not guarantee a provider outcome, course acceptance, or permit decision.

Not Legal Advice

The information provided through our Services is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Firearms laws vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. You should consult with a qualified attorney in your state for specific legal advice regarding concealed carry laws and regulations.

No Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFETYCCW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SafetyCCW and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any harm caused by your actions or omissions related to firearms ownership, possession, or use.

State-Specific Requirements

Concealed-carry laws and training requirements vary by jurisdiction and can change. You are responsible for verifying applicable requirements directly with the relevant authority and any provider before you enroll, apply, or carry.

Some jurisdictions or providers may require in-person components, range work, fingerprints, documentation, or other steps. It is your responsibility to determine whether an option fits your circumstances before you act.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our principal office is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and SafetyCCW regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
